Nico Grubert

More than a decade of his life Nico Grubert has already devoted to electronic music. Back in 1993/94 this guy from Switzerland (but born in the german state of Sachsen-Anhalt in 1977) already spent his money on electronic music (his favourites at the time: Bonzai Records, Hardhouse etc.), getting more and more involved with this peculiar style of music in general.

His own style also developed gradually over these years: Evolving from Trance and Techno, the route, via Acid, finally led to Tech-House and Minimal Techno. Soundwise, he provides classy Techno and Tech-House as well as Minimal. As it is he same with any producer, Nico Grubert’s music has been influenced by the works of others. Among those are Jeff Mills, Richie Hawtin, Kevin Saunderson, Alexander Kowalski, Paul Brtschitsch and Basic Channel.
